Description Supervisor: Food & Beverage Director Department: Food & Beverage Position Summary: Performs general prep work, serve guests, buss tables Job Relationships: Responsible To: Food & Beverage Director Employees Supervised: None Inter-Relationship: Work closely with Food & Beverage Director and other cafe/bar staff to better serve our guests Duties and Responsible: Prepare cafe for opening Serve guests Stock supplies as needed Wash dishes Assist with meal preparation for bar Additional duties may be assigned Requirements Qualifications: Certifications: Valid Washington State Health Card Experience: Previous experience preferred Other Requirement: Ability to relate in a positive manner to guests and co-workers and the ability to work safely among sharp and hot items. Environmental Factors: Frequent lifting of items weighting 40 Lbs. or more Working around hot dishwasher and kitchens equipment Working around sharp items Working around scalding liquids Stair Climbing Sitting, standing, or walking for extended periods of time Guest facing position.
