Buck’s Bar is expanding and are looking for a full time prep chef.
This Job will be within our prep kitchen at Clydebank Business Park.
The main responsibilities are:
*Dealing with high volumes of prep
*Knife skills essential for this position
*Ability to work as part of a team
*Have level 2 food hygiene or good understanding of raw food preparation
This position is 5 days over 7 early mornings but no late nights. 7am till 3pm daily.
SUMMARY
As a Prep Chef, you will be integral to our kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and safety. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will utilise your culinary experience and knife skills to assist in meal preparation while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your core skills in food safety and hospitality will be essential in creating a positive dining experience. Additionally, your supervisory experience and team management abilities will contribute to a collaborative kitchen environment, helping to elevate our culinary offerings and service quality.
