REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and front-of-house staff.
  • A relevant culinary qualification is preferred but not essential.

  • Prepare all Large prep items for service kitchen.

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all food production meets quality standards.
  • Supervise and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in menu planning, including seasonal specials and new dish development.
  • Monitor inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed to maintain stock.
  • Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, safety protocols, and kitchen procedures.
