JOB SUMMARY

Hello!
We are looking for a prep chef and sandwich maker for our busy city centre sandwich shop ‘Things in Bread’. Our concept is simple; elevating that sad super market meal deal sandwich into something special. We prepare all our fillings fresh in house daily. Think tuna crunch, egg & cress, chicken salad but prepared with quality ingredients and finesse.
We are looking to add friendly and hardworking people to the team, hospitality expense is preffered but we are willing to train the right candidate!
The role involves a mixture of both back of house kitchen and front of house duties so being comfortable in a customer facing role is a must. The shop can get very busy so being able to work clean, fast and stay organised under pressure is key.
Day time hours with the earliest shift starting at 7 and the latest finish at 5pm, 50% off at our sister sites doh’hut and bake, a free meal on shift and a paid break.

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
