• Assist in daily food preparation across different sections of the kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area according to food safety standards.
• Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines.
• Assist senior chefs in prep work, cooking, and plating.
• Ensure timely preparation during peak hours.
• Monitor food stock, report shortages, and assist in inventory control.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
