Introduction
Bao Gao Club is a bustling open kitchen located in the heart of Markethalle Neun, a renowned market hall in Berlin known for its high-quality food and sustainable sourcing. We offer a range of Chinese dumpling specialties that transport our guests to the vibrant street markets and warm family gatherings of China. All our foods are made in-store with high-quality ingredients and meticulous attention to detail. We a now opening a new restaurant in Prenzlaur Berg and need to build a team there. We are looking for highly motivated team players to join us.
Tasks
Preparation and cooking of food according to recipes
Cleaning of own workstation
Cooking, plating and assistance team mates when needed
Assisting in cleaning duties including dishwashing
Qualities/Experience
Preferably 2+ years in kitchens, knowledge of Chinese cuisine is a plus.
Physically strong, able to multitask, work under pressure, self-motivated and willing to learn.
Communicative, reliable, and a good team player.
English (fluent), a knowledge of Chinese is a plus.

Einleitung Bao Gao Club ist eine lebhafte offene Küche im Herzen der Markthalle Neun, einer renommierten Markthalle in Berlin, die für hochwertige Lebensmittel und nachhaltige Beschaffung bekannt ist. Wir bieten eine Auswahl an chinesischen Dumpling-Spezialitäten, die unsere Gäste in die lebendigen Straßenmärkte und warmen Familienrunden Chinas versetzen. Alle unsere Gerichte werden vor Ort mit hochwertigen Zutaten und viel Liebe zum Detail hergestellt. Nun eröffnen wir ein neues Restaurant in Prenzlauer Berg und möchten dafür ein Team aufbauen. Wir suchen hochmotivierte Teamplayer, die uns unterstützen möchten.

QUALIFIKATIONEN/ERFAHRUNG

• Idealerweise 2+ Jahre Erfahrung in Küchen, Kenntnisse der chinesischen Küche von Vorteil
• Körperlich belastbar, multitaskingfähig, stressresistent, selbstmotiviert und lernbereit
• Kommunikativ, zuverlässig und ein guter Teamplayer
• Englisch fließend, Kenntnisse in Chinesisch von Vorteil
