Description JOB SUMMARY Opening this winter atop Caesars Republic Scottsdale, Wolf by Vanderpump is a rooftop restaurant and bar from global hospitality icon Lisa Vanderpump — where bold design, theatrical energy, and beautifully plated dishes come together to create one unforgettable experience. As a Prep Cook, you’ll be the foundation of the kitchen. You’ll handle the early work that sets the tone for the shift — from precise knife work to consistent batch prep — making sure the line is ready and every detail is in place. WHAT YOU’LL DO Prepare ingredients, sauces, dressings, and components for daily service Follow prep lists and recipe standards with accuracy, consistency, and care Label, date, and store all prepped items in compliance with food safety guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked prep station at all times Support the culinary team by anticipating needs and staying ahead of volume Assist with receiving, rotating, and storing deliveries as needed Communicate clearly with chefs and line cooks to keep operations running smoothly Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel WHAT YOU BRING Previous prep cook experience in a high-volume or upscale kitchen preferred Solid knife skills, knowledge of kitchen safety, and ability to follow detailed recipes A calm, focused presence and the ability to work independently Excellent organization and attention to detail — you take pride in doing it right Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays JOIN HCW HOSPITALITY At HCW Hospitality, we create incredible experiences for every guest, every time.
