POSITION SUMMARY The Prep Cook supports daily kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, organizing inventory, and ensuring the kitchen is clean, stocked, and service-ready. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly and takes pride in food quality, organization, and cleanliness. Compensation: $24.00-$25.00 hourly BENEFITS (PER COMPANY PLAN) * Medical and Vision * 401(k) with Company match * 3 weeks Paid Time Off * (2) Paid holidays per Company policy ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare daily prep lists and maintain proper par levels based on reservations and volume * Prep ingredients for charcuterie boards, flatbreads, paninis, and rotating seasonal menu items * Organize refrigerators, storage areas, and inventory for efficiency and freshness * Monitor food quality, temperatures, and sanitation standards * Maintain a clean, sanitized kitchen and dish area throughout each shift * Complete end-of-shift cleaning including floors, equipment, and workstations * Communicate inventory needs and operational issues to leadership * Support the service team by ensuring food is ready for peak periods * Any other duties as assigned by your Manager KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES * Food Handler’s Permit (or willingness to obtain) * Strong knife skills and basic food prep knowledge * Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs * Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable team player
