Our culinary leadership team will train, educate and refresh the skills of all team members. Prep Cooks assist in food production for all outlets at Brundage including Smoky’s Bar & Grill, The Main Street Market and The Upper Lot Pub. Applicants should possess good organizational skills, the ability to follow a fast pace, and the ability to follow recipes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain all food and safety standards. Follow instructions concerning proper food preparation, and storage. Time management skills to be able to organize the day to ensure prep list is completed. Maintain an orderly, clean and sanitary workstation. Assist culinary team with maintaining organized food storage, and dry storage spaces. Assist in dishwashing and general kitchen upkeep. Assist in other kitchen duties not listed above. QualificationsJob Qualifications: Good attitude and strong work ethic Experience in commercial food preparation is desired but not necessary. Ability to carry out instructions. Other Requirements: Ability to work on one’s feet for several hours at a time Ability to lift 50lbs Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Typical shift is 6AM-2PM
