Position Summary: This role is more than a Prep Cook; it is the opportunity to act as a brand ambassador for bridging cultures through food. Take our patrons on a culinary adventure through education, quality customer service and making sure they have a positive experience at our restaurant! We are counting on you to be an extension of our brand. Responsibilities

Assist line cooks and kitchen managers with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and cutting meat. Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and ensure all food is labeled and stored according to restaurant standards.
