We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. Responsibilities: Prepare ingredients for daily service — chopping vegetables, portioning meats, making sauces, and more Follow recipes and standards to ensure consistency and quality Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Assist cooks and chefs with daily kitchen operations Properly store food and monitor inventory levels Comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines Benefits: Excellent starting pay of $18 - $20 an hour based on experience Excellent benefits for FT employees after only 30 days of employment - including employer contribution to medical and dental benefits Employee meal discounts Flexible schedule Team-oriented work environment Discounts in all of the Serenitee Restaurants Requirements Previous kitchen or prep experience preferred (but we’re willing to train the right person) Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
