JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Prep Cook/Dishwasher to join our team in a very fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients (chopping, breading, frying, organizing, etc.) while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. This role is essential in ensuring that our food service operations run smoothly and efficiently, providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and safety practices is essential.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in meal preparation and kitchen maintenance.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving attributes.
  • Willingness to learn new cooking techniques and adapt to menu changes as needed.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the restaurant’s schedule.
