What we are looking for: Manage the quality of food items. Assisting kitchen with all food preparation. Weigh and measure ingredients accurately. Monitor and check daily food logs. Handle and store food products correctly, FIFO. Must have Food Handler Safety Card. Check in delivers correctly and check for spoilage. Must be able to assist with cleaning projects. Must be able to multitask and complete prep lists in a timely manner. Ideal Candidate: Candidate must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be a team player and have a positive attitude. Kitchen does include vulnerability to hot kitchen elements and cleaning products. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends, and holidays. We offer competitive pay and company benefits!
