Making all of our sides from scratch, prepping meats to be loaded on the smoker and mixing our mouthwatering sauces are some of the main responsibilities of a Prep Cook at Edley's. Working straight from a recipe book with accuracy and keeping an organized work area will be success factors for a great Prep Cook.
