POSITION SUMMARY We’re looking for a dependable and detail‑oriented Evening Prep Cook to support our culinary team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, takes pride in organization and consistency, and can keep up with the pace of a busy dinner service. You’ll handle essential prep work that keeps the kitchen running smoothly throughout the night.
