Title: Prep Cook Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour (based on experience) + perks! If you enjoy food preparation, teamwork, and working in a clean, professional kitchen, this is a great opportunity to grow your culinary skills while making a difference every day.   Key Responsibilities * Assist with meal preparation for lunch and dinner service. * Prepare cold food items and support baking and catering needs. * Follow production sheets, approved recipes, and daily prep schedules. * Maintain proper food handling, temperature logs, and portion control. * Follow all HACCP and food safety standards * Support Line Cook functions as needed. * Maintain kitchen sanitation and equipment cleaning schedules. * Communicate effectively with culinary and dining team members. What We're Looking For * High school diploma or GED required. * Food service experience preferred. * Food Service Sanitation or ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain after employment). * Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively. * Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset.
