Job Details Job Location: Milford , PA 18337 Job Overview: A Line Cook/ Prep Cook is responsible for the day to day production of menu items to the company standards set by the culinary team/ Executive Chef. Responsibilities and Duties: Responsibilities: Execute and prepare all menu items to specification and present picture perfect meals to the our guest. Execute production; 100% to recipe set forth by the Executive Chef. Uphold and exceed of house cleanliness standards Report all back of house equipment issues to supervisor immediately (i.e. a below normal cooler temperature, worn or broken equipment). Operate to a standard that meets all health and safety standards Be a team player; Teamwork is the collaborative effort of a group to achieve a common goal or to complete a task in the most effective and efficient way. Work with Integrity; the practice of being honest and showing a consistent and uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles and values. Qualifications Experience 1-2 years
