JOB SUMMARY

New “Grab & Go” cafe in Mississauga is seeking a dedicated & skilled Prep Cook / Line Cook. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. In this role, you will play a crucial role in the preparation of meals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
  Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

• Prepare sandwiches, salads, soups & other foods items required to go.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and storage areas.
• Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
