Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a skilled Prep / Line Cook who thrives in a busy kitchen and brings strong organizational skills and efficiency to their station. You’ll support the daily production of high-quality dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and well-established recipes. Your ability to follow prep plans, manage time effectively, and uphold cleanliness standards is essential.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Follow daily prep lists and recipes as outlined by the Kitchen Manager and Chef
  • Label, stock, and organize ingredients to ensure smooth kitchen flow
  • Measure and portion ingredients according to specifications
  • Wash, chop, and prepare produce and proteins as required
  • Execute basic cooking techniques (reducing sauces, parboiling, braising)
  • Assemble and prepare simple dishes and components for service
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
  • Ensure all food items are stored and rotated properly
  • Adhere to nutrition, hygiene, and food safety standards
  • Complete other kitchen duties as assigned
