We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Prep Cook / Line Helper to join our small, passionate team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys independence in the kitchen, and wants a consistent schedule without late-night hours.

What We Offer

• Competitive pay: $16–$18/hr based on experience.
• No late shifts: We are a breakfast & lunch café only.
• Set schedule: 29 hours/week with Mondays & Thursdays off.
• Hands-on mentorship: Work directly with the chef/owner while maintaining independence in your daily responsibilities.

• Handle daily prep with efficiency and accuracy.
• Support line service during breakfast and lunch.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.

• Communicate clearly to keep service running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous restaurant experience required (breakfast/lunch or café setting preferred).
• Ability to work independently — not someone who needs constant direction.
• Reliable transportation.
• Weekend availability is required.
• French or Creole language skills are a plus.
