As a Prep Cook, you'll play an essential role in supporting our culinary team by preparing high-quality ingredients, maintaining an organized kitchen, and ensuring chefs have everything they need to deliver outstanding meals for hotel guests and special events. Requested Tasks * Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, peeling, measuring, and portioning according to recipes and production needs. * Assist chefs with the preparation of menu items for restaurant service, banquets, catering events, and special functions. * Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations, prep areas, storage spaces, and kitchen equipment. * Follow standardized recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines. * Properly label, date, rotate, and store food products in accordance with food safety standards. * Receive, organize, and stock kitchen deliveries and inventory. * Support culinary staff during meal service and event execution as needed. * Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. * Follow all health department regulations, food safety practices, and sanitation procedures. * Maintain a safe, clean, and professional kitchen environment at all times.
