Requirements Responsibilities: Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits Prepare basic sauces, dressings, and other ingredients Measure and portion ingredients according to recipes Label, date, and store food items properly Keep prep areas clean, organized, and stocked Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Support cooks and chefs with additional tasks as needed Qualifications: Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs Willingness to learn and take direction
