Position: Prep Cook, Oyster Station
Reports to: Executive Chef
Come work with and learn from Victoria’s own Executive Chef Kristian Eligh and celebrated Pastry Chef Dominique Laurencelle as they design seasonally focused menus that celebrate the global and locally sourced ingredients. Marilena was recognized as one of Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants, ranking #39 in 2025. At the Vancouver Magazine Restaurant Awards, Marilena was celebrated as the Best Restaurant in Victoria. and is celebrated for its locally sourced West Coast cuisine.
JOB SUMMARY:
Working under the supervision of one of the best chefs in Victoria, the incumbents will play a key role in preparing ingredients and dishes for our Oyster Station. Our culinary team is passionate about the experience they create for guests through food. A great entry level position into the Marilena Kitchen
