Prep Cook:

Compensation: hourly plus tips
Rare Society is looking to hire four line cooks to work at our Santa Barbara steakhouse as the opening team. Duties will include prepping stations, light butchery, and firing dishes during service. This is a great opportunity to join Santa Barbara’s most anticipated restaurants while learning how to work with premium cuts of meat, and fine seafood. Working with a live-fire grill is a plus too.
The Trust Restaurant Group, founded in 2016 by acclaimed chef Brad Wise, is grounded in a philosophy to provide our guests with a chef-driven, service-focused dining experience. We’re looking for those that possess a genuine passion for hospitality, food, and beverage, and are hungry to grow within our company.
