Putting away inventory, managing stock rotation, dishwashing, sanitation, and general kitchen clean-up. Responsible for the preparation of menu items, assisting in the development of menu items, maintaining a safe and clean environment and being attentive to patient needs. Education, Competencies and Credentials: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum of 2 years of culinary training preferred Dietary Healthcare background is a plus. Hospitality training and/or Culinary Arts training are preferred. Must be able to push, pull, and lift 25 LBS. The ideal individual will have excellent communication skills, be energetic and team oriented with ability to multi-task.
