About the Role: FULL TIME 36 HOURS WEEKLY/ 3 12 hour days The Prep Cook plays a crucial role in the kitchen by ensuring that all ingredients are prepped and ready for the cooking staff, which directly impacts the efficiency and quality of food service. The Prep Cook will work closely with chefs and other kitchen staff to prepare ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and measuring spices. By maintaining a steady flow of prepared items, the Prep Cook helps to streamline the cooking process and enhance the overall dining experience for residents. Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role. * Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
