SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of menu planning and food preparation techniques
  • Familiarity with cooking methods, food service practices, and food handling regulations
  • Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is highly desirable
  • Culinary experience with demonstrated knife skills is essential
  • Ability to prepare meals efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is crucial
  • Experience in catering services is a plus
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
