Texas Hill Country Olive Company – Dripping Springs, Texas (2530 W. Fitzhugh Rd.)
Texas Hill Country Olive Company, located in the scenic Hill Country, is Texas’ most awarded olive oil producer. We are currently seeking a professional cook to prepare food to the Chef’s specifications for Lunch Service. We are a small, relaxed kitchen. Our simple menu utilizes produce from our garden as much as we can, so the menu stays interesting. A great candidate will be organized, keep a tidy work station, and display close attention to details. You will be able to follow instructions as well as all health and safety rules in the kitchen. You will also be able to ramp up and function in a fast-paced, busy environment when required and work as a part of a team.

REQUIREMENTS

· Food service experience preferred
· Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen (food handlers certificate)
· Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
· A team player with good communication skills
· Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure
· High school diploma or equivalent is desirable; culinary training an asset
Job Types: Part-time (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) or Full-time (must include weekends)
