Description Prep Cook We are seeking a Prep Cook to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring that all ingredients are prepared efficiently and to the highest standards, supporting the smooth operation of our kitchen. Key Responsibilities Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring as per recipes and standards Assist in setting up workstations with all necessary supplies and ingredients Check quality of ingredients Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment Support the kitchen team during service hours by providing prepped ingredients promptly Maintain organization of storage areas and ensure proper labeling and storage of ingredients Assist with inventory management and notify supervisors of low stock levels Adhere to portion control and presentation standards to ensure consistency Use proper safety equipment, such as cut gloves, when preparing food Join our team and be part of a dynamic culinary environment that values teamwork, creativity, and excellence.
