We offer a great work/life balance and a great culture. Primary Responsibilities: Supporting line cooks by completing the preliminary food preparation tasks and maintaining kitchen organization. Execute daily prep lists efficiently and accurately, including washing, peeling, cutting and portioning ingredients according to specifications Prepare basic components of dishes. Measuring accurately, following recipes precisely and maintain proper storage procedures for all prepared items Maintain proper food storage, monitoring temperatures, dating items and ensuring first in first out (FIFO) protocols are followed Assist with kitchen cleaning duties, sanitizing prep areas, and maintaining cleanliness of kitchen areas.
