Responsibilities
  • Assist in the prep for both our panuozzo shop (pizza bread sandwiches) and our wood fired pizza catering company
  • Make dough for both business, and prepare sandwiches for the shop
  • Follow recipes and instructions from the head chef Jhony to ensure consistency
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas, adhering to food safety standards.
  • occasionally will be asked to work an offsite catering event
  • Help with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
  • Collaborate with Jhony to come up with new menu items
