We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Prep/Line Cook to join our culinary team. SKILLS

  • Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with various kitchen equipment and tools used in meal preparation.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, with a willingness to help others in the kitchen as needed.
  • Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methods is advantageous.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients for various dishes, ensuring all items are prepped according to specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
  • Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
  • Support the head chef and other kitchen staff in daily operations, helping with cooking tasks as needed.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained properly after use.
  • Participate in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management when stock is low.
  • Help plate dishes for service, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
