PREPARATION TEAM MEMBER

Location: Boxhill 3128
BOWLTIFUL is an established and fast-growing hospitality brand known for our signature hand-pulled Lanzhou beef noodles. With a strong focus on quality, cultural authenticity, and exceptional customer service, we strive to deliver a memorable dining experience to every guest. As we continue to expand, we are seeking dedicated and hardworking Preparation Team Members.
You will be responsible for preparing all vegetables required for store operations. This includes washing, peeling, and cutting produce to ensure it is fresh, clean, and ready for cooking, serving, or packaging. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to food safety standards, and efficiency in preparation to support smooth kitchen and service operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Wash & Clean: Thoroughly wash all vegetables to remove dirt, residues, and chemicals, ensuring food safety.
  • Peel & Prepare: Peel items such as potatoes, carrots, onions, and other produce as required.
  • Cut & Portion: Slice, dice, or shred vegetables according to the required size and specifications.
  • Pack & Label: Portion and pack items based on the daily prep list, clearly labelling containers with the date and contents if stored.
  • Maintain Hygiene: Keep the workstation and equipment clean and sanitised after each task to meet food safety standards.
  • Support Operations: Ensure vegetables are consistently ready and available to support smooth kitchen and service flow.

  • Have stable availability (most days of the week)
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (on your feet, lifting items, etc.)
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures exactly.
