REQUIRED SKILLS:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in a deli or foodservice preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and guidelines
• Excellent customer service skills
• Current ServeSafe Certification
• Ability to follow directions

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment

• Keep refrigerated coolers, store shelves and other displays fully stocked and faced at all times according to tag allocation, product movement or departmental standards.
• Follow approved procedures for receiving product, price marking and restocking to ensure quality protection, accuracy and product rotation.
• Maintains the safety and cleanliness of all food preparation, service, and work areas, tools, and facilities.
• Keep manager or other designated personnel aware of low inventory conditions or spoilage problems.
• Cooperates with other departments in special promotions to help drive sales
