Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Room Attendant is an integral part of the Housekeeping Team who collectively is responsible for the cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel and residences. The Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring all guest rooms/residences meet the highest standards as set by Four Seasons Hotels. He/ She is also required to assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant and House Attendant. This person also provides turndown service by offering a comfortable evening environment in guest rooms by cleaning and refreshing the room in the early evening and preparing the room for the guest to sleep in. We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Clean assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards and handle laundry duties.
  • Use cleaning products and equipment properly while following safety guidelines.
  • Provide attentive service by anticipating guest needs and addressing requests and concerns.
  • Promote hotel services and add a personalized touch whenever possible.
  • Maintain a professional appearance with a clean and presentable uniform.
  • Handle lost and found items and master keys responsibly, reporting any loss immediately.
  • Keep work areas organized and ensure linen rooms are tidy, stocked, and locked when not in use.
  • Communicate with supervisors about damages, safety risks, suspicious activity, or supply needs.
  • Accurately complete checklists and reports as required.
  • Carry out other housekeeping duties assigned by supervisors, including deep cleaning tasks.
