The Opportunity We’re looking for a hands-on Prepress Supervisor to lead our prepress team. In this role, you’ll oversee scheduling, workflow, and staff development to ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. What You’ll Do Lead and supervise prepress staff Schedule and assign work to meet production deadlines Review and approve jobs before moving to the next stage Ensure equipment is maintained and operating efficiently Hire, train, and evaluate team members Support and encourgage cross-department communication and customer satisfaction Stay current on technology, methods, as well as willingness to advance team with new technology What We’re Looking For 5+ years of desktop publishing experience (Mac/PC, industry software) Prior supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of prepress and printing processes Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive under deadlines and prioritize effectively Why Join Us?
