• Experience required minimum 4 years in Sales, Business Development, Account Management.
• Deep industry and product knowledge of DWS products
• Proven sales track record, with experience in leading and closing of large deals.
• Meet and exceed agreed set of KPIs, including sales, revenue & profit targets.
• Develop a comprehensive business roadmap to achieve these targets, which includes defining the go-to-market strategy, resources/skill alignment, business partnerships and investment.
• Independently own the Sales Specialist role - coordinating with marketing on lead generation, following up on leads, and opportunity conversions.
• Experience in Solution selling (Hardware/ Software)
• ITSM, Ticketing tools (Service Now/Any other tool)
