JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-centric ServiceNow Pre-Sales Solution Consultant to join our high-performing team supporting the ServiceNow Technology Workflows suite. You will play a key role in the sales cycle by translating customer pain points into compelling ServiceNow solutions that showcase business value across ITSM, CMDB, Software and Hardware Asset Management (SAM/HAM), Procurement, and Contract Management.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with account executives, product experts, and implementation teams to strategize, demonstrate, and differentiate ServiceNow’s capabilities to prospective clients—ultimately driving adoption and pipeline growth. This role is part of the sales team so sales experience is required.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospects and customers to understand their business objectives, current challenges, and desired outcomes in areas such as ITSM, CMDB, SAM, HAM, Contract and Procurement.
  • Craft and deliver demos, presentations, and value stories that clearly articulate the benefits of the ServiceNow platform in the context of the customer’s unique needs.
  • Support RFPs/RFIs and solution scoping efforts, including defining solution blueprints and mapping business use cases to out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales teams, clients, and partners—helping shape solution strategies and align platform capabilities to technical and business goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Technology Workflows product suite and effectively communicate the ServiceNow roadmap to customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, delivery, and marketing to ensure consistent messaging, solution accuracy, and enablement.
  • Assist in maintaining reusable demo environments
