Responsibilities

OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE:

  • Support the sales teams by providing presales technical and domain expertise to help guide prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Bridge the gap between the customer’s business needs and Corporater’s GPRC solutions, ensuring that our offering is tailored to meet their unique requirements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through active engagement in discovery sessions and solution scoping.
  • Contribute to the overall sales success by supporting account directors in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with the sales teams to understand client challenges, provide tailored product demonstrations, and craft compelling technical solutions.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering detailed product presentations, responding to RFPs, and building high-quality proposal documents.
  • Conduct technical workshops, proof of concepts (POC), and deep-dive sessions with prospective clients to showcase the value of Corporater solutions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and maintain expert-level knowledge of Corporater’s product offerings and competitors.
  • Collaborate with product management to ensure that customer feedback is effectively communicated to improve future product development.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders during the presales process, ensuring all customer concerns and technical queries are resolved in a timely manner.
