• Serve as the lead presales consultant for new client opportunities and expansions, supporting account executives across industries
• Collaborate with clients to understand supply chain pain points and demonstrate how Elemica’s solutions address them through procurement, order-to-cash, and logistics operations
• Deliver high-impact workshops, solution walkthroughs, and value-aligned presentations for stakeholders across IT, supply chain, and business functions
• Partner with an internal analyst to configure demos, while maintaining a functional understanding of the setup process to support customization or troubleshooting as needed
• Manage and author client-facing RFP responses, proposals, and supporting materials with minimal supervision
• Translate solution strategies into implementation scopes in collaboration with the Services team
• Stay informed on industry trends, ERP ecosystems (e.g., SAP), and surrounding supply chain platforms (e.g., TMS, P2P, order automation, planning) to influence solution design and product feedback loops
