Your Role You’ll act as the technical backbone of the sales process working closely with Business Development Managers – helping our partners, system integrators and end clients understand how biometric technology works, aligning their business needs with our solutions capabilities, and ensuring a smooth transition from presales phase to purchase and implementation. Geographic Scope North America Latin America where we distinguish Hispanic countries and Brazil Travel: 40–60% depending on active programs. Why This Job Is Exciting As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be in direct contact with our customers from diverse industries, regions, and cultures. Your role is critical to close the sales process, with trust in the technical capabilities of our solutions being a key pillar of successful sales. You will act as the technical expert during the sales cycle, working closely with our sales and solutions teams to align customer needs with our technology. Your contributions will directly impact our growth and client satisfaction, making you a vital part of the company's success. 📅 Within one month, you will: Get fully on-boarded with our solutions, platforms, and key tools Shadow sales calls and client meetings to understand our approach and customer profiles Start building relationships with internal teams—Sales, Solutions, Engineering and Professional Services Learn our key customer use cases and industry challenges 📅 Within three months, you will: Lead your first product demos and technical presentations with support Contribute to solution designs and technical proposals Collaborate on the completion of RFIs/RFPs Support early-stage Proofs of Concept and pilot projects 📅 Within six months, you will: Own the technical pre-sales process for your assigned opportunities Tailor demos and solutions to complex client requirements Proactively contribute to technical sales strategies and discovery sessions Gather and relay customer feedback to improve our offers 📅 Within one year, you will: Become a trusted advisor to both clients and internal stakeholders Help shape solution directions by identifying market trends and customer needs Drive technical success in key government deals and contribute to company revenue growth About You You're a driven technical professional who thrives at the intersection of technology and customer success.
