Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years in bid preparation and presales engineering, ideally within network systems.
Proficiency in Fixed IP, Wireless Network Systems, and MPLS technologies (knowledge of MPLS is advantageous).
Proven experience in designing and implementing network solutions.
Ability to develop and implement customer-centric solutions effectively.
Proficiency in Portuguese and English; French language skills are an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office tools, with advanced knowledge in Excel for cost analysis and project documentation.
Responsibilities
Analyze technical specifications provided by end customers.
Design tailored technical solutions that meet tender requirements and align with project goals.
Evaluate and select solutions, providing a well-founded justification for each choice.
Prepare sub-contract agreements with selected suppliers.
Analyze supplier offers to ensure alignment with technical and financial project goals.
Negotiate and select suppliers to ensure optimal value and performance.
Develop comprehensive technical descriptions for submission to the end customer, ensuring clarity and alignment with technical and business objectives.
Create detailed Bills of Quantities/Bills of Materials, including cost estimates.
Support workload estimations for project development and rollout phases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution from design through implementation.
