Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Presales Engineer to support our Workplace Technology Solutions business. This role bridges the gap between technical expertise and client needs—working closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to design and present tailored solutions that enhance modern workplace environments. You will play a critical role in shaping client solutions across areas such as collaboration tools, workplace infrastructure, digital transformation, and end-user experience. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Technical Consulting Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective workplace technology solutions Design end-to-end solutions across workplace domains (e.g., unified communications, AV solutions, digital workplace platforms, smart office technologies) Conduct technical discovery sessions, workshops, and solution presentations Client Engagement Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients throughout the presales lifecycle Deliver compelling product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and solution walkthroughs Address technical queries, RFPs/RFIs, and provide detailed solution documentation Collaboration & Strategy Work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, product, delivery, vendors) to ensure solution feasibility and alignment Support go-to-market strategies by contributing technical insights and competitive positioning Stay updated on emerging workplace technologies and industry trends Commercial Support Assist in solution costing, pricing strategies, and proposal development Ensure solutions are scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with customer business goals 3+ years of experience in a presales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role Strong knowledge of Workplace Technology Solutions, such as: Unified Communications & Collaboration (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom) Audio-Visual (AV) systems and meeting room technologies End-user computing and digital workplace tools Network and infrastructure basics Ability to design integrated technology solutions across multiple domains Experience with solution architecture, system integration, and cloud-based platforms is a plus Familiarity with workplace transformation initiatives and hybrid work environments Strong presentation and communication skills (both technical and non-technical audiences) Ability to influence stakeholders and articulate value propositions clearly Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail Why Join us Opportunities to work on regional projects with global brands.
