Solution Architect/Pre-Sales Consultant Designation: Pre-Sales Specialist/Solution Architect Location: Riyadh Role Overview: Abacus is seeking a highly skilled and articulate GCP (Apigee) Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. This onsite role will focus on the GCC region, providing a competitive salary and an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Pre-Sales Activities: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients. Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and RFP/RFI responses. Provide technical support during the sales process to address client queries and concerns. Technical Expertise: Design and architect Apigee-based solutions for API management and integrations. Develop and implement API proxies, policies, and configurations on the Apigee platform. Integrate Apigee with various backend systems and services. Client Engagement: Engage with clients to gather technical requirements and provide tailored solutions. Present complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to diverse audiences. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and support teams, to ensure seamless implementation of solutions. Provide training and technical guidance to clients and internal teams. Qualifications: Deep understanding of API Management, iPaaS, Developer Portals, Integrations, Custom Integrations, and related technologies. Proven experience in pre-sales or solutions architecture within these domains. Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically and strategically. A smart, engaging professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. Preferred Background: Previous experience working in the GCC region or with GCC clients. Familiarity with the unique business and technical requirements of the GCC market.
