Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Presales Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs and translating them into innovative, executable solutions. This role is highly technical, requiring a deep understanding of networking, server technology, and hardware infrastructure in a cloud environment. You will not sell but rather act as a trusted advisor, designing and presenting solutions that align with operational and business objectives.
This is a new service offering, and you will be responsible for defining how we can effectively deliver solutions to our client. You will engage with key stakeholders, draft Statements of Work (SOWs), and ensure operational deliverables align with customer expectations. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, solution design, and project leadership to bridge the gap between business needs and service execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with client teams to understand business and technical requirements.
  • Develop and propose innovative solutions that align with the client’s operational needs, focusing on networking, server technology, supply chain, procurement, and business intelligence.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and service delivery managers, to design and implement solutions that are deliverable.
  • Lead the SOW process by creating clear, structured documentation that defines deliverables, SLAs, and KPIs for the client.
  • Support the sales team in designing and presenting tailored solutions, ensuring alignment with the client’s business cycles, budgetary processes, and procurement strategies.
  • Facilitate seamless handovers of solutions from presales to operational teams, ensuring execution from day one.
  • Contribute to large-scale projects involving cloud hardware placement, network engineering, and physical global delivery.
  • Engage in customer meetings (70%) and internal strategy meetings (30%) to drive project success.
  • Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders while ensuring EOS IT Solutions can meet expectations and performance standards.
