Job title: Presales Specialist (SAP Supply Chain Software)

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Have deep knowledge and understanding of SAP supply chain solutions.
• Lead and assist in technical customer workshops and demonstrations.
• Build relationships with C-Suite executives, IT Directors, and Operations teams.
• Collaborate with teams to support the entire sales lifecycle.
• Qualify prospects and craft compelling sales pitches and demos for TCT products.
• Support customer site visits and document their processes and requirements.
• Assist with proposal writing and ensure proper documentation before product delivery.
• Be able to translate customer challenges into effective SAP Supply Chain solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
