General Summary The Presales Team Leader is responsible for leading and driving the performance of both the Brand Ambassador team and yourself during pre-opening and promotional phases. This role ensures strong personal sales contribution while effectively coaching and managing the team to achieve overall sales targets. The position reports directly to the Presales Manager and acts as the key link between management and the Brand Ambassador team. Roles and Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management · Lead, supervise, and motivate Brand Ambassador to achieve individual and team sales targets · Conduct daily sales briefings and performance reviews · Provide coaching and hands-on support in closing sales · Monitor attendance, discipline, and professional conduct · Develop action plans to improve underperforming team members Sales Performance & Target Achievement · Drive presales campaigns to achieve assigned revenue and membership targets · Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance · Ensure proper follow-up and lead management · Support team members in closing difficult sales · Maintain accurate sales reporting Operational & Administrative Responsibilities · Ensure accuracy of membership documentation and payments · Monitor CRM usage and database management · Submit sales performance reports to Presales Manager · Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Customer Experience & Brand Representation · Maintain professional customer service standards · Handle escalated objections and customer concerns · Represent the brand during roadshows and presales activities Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field. · Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, presales including team management. · Demonstrated track record of achieving presales targets in a multi-club or regional environment. · Strong background in fitness industry sales, presales campaigns, and membership growth. · Experience leading, training, and performance-managing skills in presales or sales teams. · Able to relocate workplace and traveling.
