WHAT TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE YOU’LL HAVE

  • Complete knowledge of UML and other modelling languages.
  • Knowledge of retail banking built.
  • 2+ years Java server-side development experience with understanding of core design patterns
  • Experience in microservices style architecture, design and development
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies
  • Knowledge of mobile and web development
  • Knowledge of GIT, branching strategies, build and deployment pipelines, DevSecOps
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker
  • Knowledge of API gateways
  • Knowledge of OAuth and OIDC
  • Cloud knowledge a big plus (AWS/GCP/terraform)

Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic Pre-sales Technology Consultant for the APAC region, based in Singapore and reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. This role is pivotal in expanding Audax’s presence in APAC. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both technology and sales, providing technical support, delivering presentations, guiding product evaluations, designing solutions, managing technical relationships, and serving as a communication link. Additionally, they will gather market feedback and mentor others on the latest technology trends.

As the main point of contact for technical interactions you will be responsible for:

  • Build Strong Relationships: We manage key End User technical relationships to ensure seamless communication and satisfaction.
  • Effective Communication: Act as the bridge between customers and corporate functions, resolving all technical issues efficiently.
  • Boost Sales: Provide pre-sales technical support to empower your sales team and drive success.
  • Bid Support: Enhance your bidding process with our expert technical guidance.
  • Marketing Excellence: Offer technical support to your local marketing team, ensuring impactful campaigns.
  • Strategic Management: Manage partner pipelines, forecasts, and alignment sessions, conducting win/loss analyses to develop winning sales strategies.
  • Collaborative Planning: Lead joint business planning with top-performing partners, reviewing progress quarterly and making necessary adjustments.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather partner and market feedback to provide valuable insights to internal teams for ongoing enhancement.
