We are GROWING and we are looking for another trained Montessori guide, or an early childhood educator looking for an amazing opportunity to be supported in training!
Montessori School of Duluth in providing exceptional and education to children. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of young minds in a nurturing environment.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

• Pass DHS Background study.
• Obtain or possess a Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification.
• Follow MSD Policies and Procedures.
• Meet DHS training requirements, including Develop trainings.

• Lead a Montessori educational program to educate and guide children ages 3-6 years olds.
• Ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.
• Assist with use of toilet, mealtimes, napping, and supervising children.
• Foster childhood development through interactive play and learning experiences.
• Promote positive interactions among children.
• Collaborate with staff to maintain a cohesive and supportive team environment.
• Use BrightWheel to communicate with families and staff.
• High quality maintenance of environment.
