Your responsibilities may include: Supporting teachers with classroom activities (art, music, outdoor play) Assisting with daily routines such as snacks, transitions, and clean‑up Helping children feel welcomed, secure, and included Adapting to different classrooms and teamwork styles Creating continuity and calm for children during staff absences No two days are the same—and that flexibility is part of the fun.
